This case study examines the impact of 360 Talent Avenue's Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services on improving the interview show rate and offer rate for a large-scale client. The study analyzes data collected over a specific period, revealing a significant increase in both metrics. Prior to the implementation of the RPO program, the client had an interview show rate of 66.8% and an offer rate of 43.6%. Following the program's launch, the interview show rate rose to 83.7%, resulting in an offer rate increase to 54.7%. The study outlines various strategies employed by 360 Talent Avenue, including confirming interviews, enhancing employer branding, understanding candidate motivations, and setting realistic expectations. Additionally, the relationship-building efforts between recruiters and hiring managers contributed to the improved offer rate. The findings suggest that these strategies led to quicker and more efficient hiring processes, ultimately helping the client secure top talent.
