This case study presents the role of modern logistics technologies and lean management in optimizing ancillary processes within intralogistics. The article outlines the implementation of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) in automotive remanufacturing, focusing on their potential to enhance material delivery efficiency. It discusses the challenges associated with integrating AMRs and the importance of aligning these technologies with lean management principles, such as 5S and Kaizen, to eliminate waste and improve operational effectiveness. The authors identify a research gap in the organization of internal logistics for support processes, emphasizing the need for practical strategies that managers and production engineers can apply. The study highlights the significance of Logistics 4.0 and Industry 4.0 and 5.0 technologies in transforming production systems, providing a coherent implementation strategy based on actual production data. This resource serves as a valuable guide for optimizing support processes in manufacturing environments, aiming to enhance overall efficiency and competitiveness.
