Kroenke Sports & Entertainment Security Solution Case Study

This case study documents the experience of Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) regarding the implementation of an email security solution. KSE faced challenges with spoofing and business email compromise (BEC) attacks, which posed risks to the organization, partners, and customers. The existing secure email gateway (SEG) did not deliver expected value, leading to excessive time spent on email investigations instead of other security initiatives. KSE sought a more effective solution that would integrate seamlessly with Microsoft 365. The integration with Abnormal's solution was completed in a short span of 10 minutes, and the results over the following 15 months showed no missed email attacks, leading to significant time savings for the IT team.
