The study provides a framework for evaluating the financial impact of Mac devices, detailing quantified benefits such as reduced support costs, avoided hardware expenses, and increased employee productivity. Additionally, it identifies unquantified benefits like extended device lifetime and improved brand reputation. The financial analysis shows a net present value of $49.40 million and an ROI of 186% over five years, supporting the case for Mac devices in enterprise environments.
