Performance Comparison of R1233zd(E) and R515B Refrigerants

This document presents a performance comparison of two refrigerants, R1233zd(E) and R515B, used in two-phase direct-to-chip cooling systems. Experiments were conducted on thermal test vehicles representing high-performance CPUs and GPUs. The study highlights the thermal resistance, pressure drop, and global warming potential of each refrigerant, providing insights for data centers in selecting optimal cooling solutions for high-performance processors.
