This case study outlines how Eclaro partnered with Access to transform their manual document management processes into a digital solution. Initially, Eclaro faced challenges with a labor-intensive paper-based system that posed compliance risks and hindered collaboration among their employees located in the U.S., Canada, and the Philippines. The need for secure access to records became critical, especially during the pandemic. Access provided a document management solution that integrated with Eclaro's existing ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics GP. The implementation allowed Eclaro to digitize 95% of their previously paper-intensive processes, enhancing collaboration and productivity across departments. The solution also included access controls to protect sensitive personally identifiable information (PII), addressing security concerns. As a result, Eclaro has achieved greater business resiliency and efficiency, demonstrating the effectiveness of the partnership with Access in adapting to remote work needs.
