Implementation of accesso Freedom at Iron Mountain Hot Springs

This case study details the implementation of accesso Freedom at Iron Mountain Hot Springs, which transitioned from a no-reservation system to a structured reservation model. The facility faced challenges such as managing customer flow, ensuring a seamless guest experience while adhering to safety protocols, and adapting staff to the new system. To address these issues, Iron Mountain upgraded its technology and integrated accesso Freedom, which began implementation in February 2024 and was fully operational by June 2024. Key steps included the rollout of mobile ordering and fixed point-of-sale systems, supported by on-site assistance from accesso. The results of this implementation included increased revenue through higher per capita spending, enhanced reporting capabilities, improved guest experiences with mobile ordering, and maintained staff efficiency and morale. Looking ahead, Iron Mountain plans to further enhance its facilities while leveraging accesso Freedom for continued growth in the hot springs industry.
