This case study outlines the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM as part of a Future Operating Model (FOM) transformation initiative for a leading superannuation and financial planning organization. The primary objective was to modernize client engagement and management processes, enhancing the client experience by streamlining Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service functions. The project involved end-to-end functional testing services provided by Adactin, utilizing a risk-based Agile testing approach across five sprints followed by a full regression cycle. Each sprint focused on executing test cases, identifying high-risk areas, and verifying defect fixes, while the regression testing phase ensured that system enhancements did not introduce regressions. The testing utilized tools such as Microsoft Excel and Team Foundation Server for defect tracking. The initiative resulted in the identification and resolution of over 400 defects, significantly improving system stability and functional accuracy, with zero critical post-production issues reported.
