This case study details how Advantage facilitated a 36% reduction in annual connectivity costs for Ramboll, a global architecture and engineering firm, through a specialized approach to managing a diverse global provider network. Following multiple acquisitions, Ramboll faced operational complexities and sought improved visibility across its multi-ISP environment, which included over 300 MPLS and dedicated internet services across more than 200 locations in 35 countries. The objective was to consolidate these services while implementing an SD-WAN overlay solution. Advantage achieved this by leveraging hundreds of ISP options to narrow down to 15 local and regional vendors, thereby simplifying the management of WAN services. The Command Center now provides Ramboll with unprecedented inventory and expense clarity, ensuring that all connectivity needs are managed efficiently. This strategic partnership not only addressed Ramboll's immediate challenges but also positioned them for future growth and operational efficiency.
