Healthcare System ERG Platform Implementation

This case study details the implementation of Affirmity’s Employee Resource Group (ERG) platform within a diverse healthcare system. The objective of the platform is to enhance the management and participation of ERGs, which are crucial for connecting with the workforce's varied communities. Prior to the platform's introduction, ERG operations were managed through disparate documents, leading to inefficiencies and incomplete data. The new platform centralizes budget management, event promotion, and membership tracking, significantly improving engagement across the entire healthcare system. Since its launch in June 2021, the platform has facilitated the publication of over 400 announcements and the organization of 250 events, reflecting a marked increase in ERG activity and employee representation. The case study also highlights the supportive role of Affirmity in providing training and resources to ensure successful adoption of the platform, ultimately fostering a more inclusive workplace environment.
