This research brief presents findings on the implementation of My Math Academy and My Reading Academy programs in Head Start and pre-K classrooms within the Tyler Independent School District in Texas. The objective of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of these educational technology solutions in enhancing early math and reading skills among students, particularly in a district where a significant percentage of students are at risk. The results indicate that students who engaged with My Math Academy and My Reading Academy for a minimum of 30 minutes weekly demonstrated substantial gains in their math and reading skills, with 96% of students being 'On Track' in math and 86% in phonological awareness by the end of the school year. The programs utilize a Personalized Mastery Learning System to tailor instruction based on individual student needs, thereby fostering engagement and confidence in learning. The brief also outlines the training provided to educators and the assessment methods used to monitor student progress.
