This technical report presents findings from two studies comparing Aidoc's AI solutions for detecting intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) with conventional AI systems. The first study conducted at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital indicates that Aidoc achieved a triage sensitivity of 99.2%, significantly outperforming conventional AI, which reported a sensitivity of only 68.7%. The report emphasizes the importance of high sensitivity in time-sensitive neurovascular triage, where rapid decision-making is critical. The second study from The University of Texas Medical Branch highlights that Aidoc flagged 35% more critical ICH cases than conventional AI, showcasing a negative predictive value of 99.1% compared to 92.6% for the alternative. These findings collectively demonstrate that Aidoc's AI solutions provide a clinical advantage in neurovascular workflows, underscoring the necessity for reliable algorithm performance in acute medical situations.
