The solution includes features such as True Delivery APIs for automated communication, voice messaging capabilities, and multi-layered security measures including Dedicated MPLS lines, TLS, and SSL-based authentication. Additionally, Airtel IQ's SpamShield provides proactive protection against fraudulent messages. The implementation resulted in significant improvements, including a capacity to handle over 650 million requests, compliance with TRAI, RBI, and GDPR guidelines, and a high SMS delivery rate of 97%.
