EDENIS Group Wi-Fi Connectivity Implementation Case Study

This case study outlines the implementation of a secure and high-quality Wi-Fi connectivity solution for EDENIS Group, a healthcare organization in France. The document details the challenges faced by EDENIS, which included limited Wi-Fi connectivity that could not support the increasing digital resource consumption by users. To address these challenges, a Wi-Fi coverage study and configuration audit were conducted by NXO France, leading to the deployment of Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise solutions across 16 sites. The deployment involved 600 Wi-Fi terminals and 60 switches, ensuring a centralized and reliable network while adhering to data privacy regulations. The results of the implementation included technical benefits such as a secure and homogeneous infrastructure, centralized supervision, and seamless integration into existing systems. Financially, the deployment required minimal internal resources and allowed for significant time savings for the IT team. User experience was enhanced with sufficient and secure Wi-Fi access for various user profiles, facilitating their digital needs.
