This case study outlines the personalization strategy implemented by a major Danish shopping cooperative, which serves over 1.7 million members. The cooperative aimed to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates through personalized eCommerce initiatives. The client evaluated various personalization solutions and ultimately selected Algonomy for its comprehensive offerings, including AI-driven recommendations. Initial implementations focused on product recommendations and intelligent cross-selling, resulting in significant increases in average order value and sales per view, particularly on mobile platforms.
