This case study details ZALORA's implementation of Algonomy's personalization platform to enhance customer experiences across its eCommerce properties in six countries. The objective was to increase conversions and revenue by delivering hyper-personalized experiences in real-time. The study outlines the deployment of various Algonomy products, including Recommend™, Find™, Discover™, and Engage™, which collectively personalize customer interactions across multiple touchpoints such as search, product recommendations, and category pages.
