This case study outlines the implementation of the Allego Learning and Enablement Platform at AmeriSave, a mortgage lender, to enhance their new-hire training program. Jaclyn Smith, the sales training manager, faced the challenge of training a significantly increased number of new hires during the pandemic while ensuring they could pass the federal exam required for mortgage loan originators. The traditional training method involved live webinars and printed materials, which became inefficient as the number of trainees quadrupled. By adopting Allego, AmeriSave transitioned to pre-recorded modules that trainees could access on their own time, significantly improving retention and understanding of the material. The results showed an increase in the pass rate of the federal exam from 76%-78% to 83%-85%, alongside improved average test scores. The case study emphasizes the efficiency gained in the training process, allowing trainers to focus on more impactful interactions while providing new hires with a structured repository of learning materials.
