This case study outlines the collaboration between a New York-based mental health company and Amplēo HR to enhance its recruitment and HR infrastructure. The company, specializing in OCD and anxiety treatment, faced challenges such as a minimal candidate pipeline, lack of structured recruitment processes, and limited visibility on job platforms. To address these issues, Amplēo HR embedded Savana Tejada as a dedicated HR consultant within the company. The engagement resulted in the development of comprehensive recruitment tools, scorecards, compensation bands, and compliance processes. The project led to a significant increase in applications, with 54 received in a single cycle compared to just 17 previously. Additionally, the hiring cycle was reduced to 25 days, and standardized processes for hiring, compensation, and compliance were established. The case study highlights the effectiveness of embedded recruiting in providing tailored support to specialized industries like healthcare.
