The project was executed in two phases, focusing first on automating the candidate hiring process and then decommissioning the old management tool. Key outcomes include a reduction in time to hire from seven days to three to four days, with candidates now able to complete 80% of the recruitment process upon application. The solution also improved reporting capabilities and provided a consistent candidate experience through automated workflows, leading to increased engagement and a better offer-to-start ratio. Overall, the implementation aimed to create a more efficient and engaging hiring journey.
