Frequency of Depression and Coping Strategies among Nurses

This research article investigates the frequency of depression among nurses in Karachi's tertiary care hospitals and examines the coping strategies employed. The study reveals a high prevalence of depressive symptoms and highlights the need for targeted interventions to support nurses' mental health. Utilizing validated scales, the research underscores the importance of understanding cultural and institutional factors affecting nurses' well-being in Pakistan.
