This case study outlines the implementation of Anthology Student at Central Arizona College (CAC), a two-year public institution in Arizona. The objective of the implementation was to eliminate internal silos among various departments, including admissions, registration, and financial aid, which previously operated on separate systems. The automation of clerical workloads and the centralization of processes have allowed these teams to collaborate more effectively, enhancing student success. Since the implementation in 2017, CAC has experienced a significant increase in learner self-service capabilities, rising from less than 4% to 44%. The streamlined processes have freed up administrative time, enabling staff to focus on advising learners and improving their financial literacy. Feedback from students has been overwhelmingly positive, with many appreciating the ability to track their degree progress independently. The institution aims to further engage faculty in leveraging data to support student success, indicating a commitment to continuous improvement in educational outcomes.
