AI Adoption and Integration in Business Processes

This technical report presents findings from a survey conducted among 140 technology professionals regarding the adoption and integration of artificial intelligence (AI) within businesses. The results indicate that while a significant majority of respondents have access to commercial AI tools like ChatGPT, the adoption of proprietary AI solutions remains lower due to concerns over data security and implementation challenges.
