This case study outlines the automation of testing processes for a voice-command driven entertainment delivery service. The document describes the challenges faced by a leading entertainment service in accurately interpreting user requests from a vast catalog of music. It details the objectives of the customer, which included creating a reliable and elegant solution to validate audio, visual, and text responses for each request. The AIQ Services Workbench module is presented as the solution, featuring over 200 built-in testing functions that allow for both large-scale and precision testing. The process begins with collating content requests into CSV files, followed by automated validation through a text-to-speech application and AIQ's computer vision capabilities. The results indicate a significant reduction in testing time, from several days to just a few hours, while ensuring comprehensive and repeatable testing of the multimedia catalog. The case study highlights the effectiveness of the automated solution in managing a growing inventory of content.
