Health Agency Implements AIQ for Salesforce Application Testing

This case study details the implementation of AIQ by a health agency in Europe to enhance the testing of a Salesforce-based application designed for tracking COVID quarantine compliance. The agency faced challenges with unreliable manual testing processes that could not scale due to daily updates in travel requirements and quarantine rules. The objective was to replace these inefficient manual tests with AI-driven testing solutions. AIQ's Blueprint and Test Designer were employed to quickly adapt to changes and accurately report issues without generating false positives. Within two days, the AI was trained to test the application, yielding over 800 unique tests initially, which increased to over 3,000 after a week. The AI identified critical errors and performance issues that manual testing had missed. The agency has since expanded AIQ's usage to other COVID-related applications, achieving significant improvements in testing efficiency and effectiveness.
