This case study outlines the development of an AI-powered chatbot for a prominent electric vehicle charging network aimed at enhancing customer support and user experience. The client sought to automate responses to frequently asked questions related to electric vehicle charging and to alleviate the burden on their call center. The project involved a comprehensive analysis of the client's requirements, leading to the creation of a scalable chatbot solution that integrates with the client's knowledge base. The chatbot is designed to handle diverse user queries, provide fast and accurate responses, and transfer complex inquiries to human agents when necessary. The development process was structured in four key stages: gathering objectives and requirements, developing a minimum viable product (MVP), full-fledged cloud deployment, and post-deployment support.
