This case study details the implementation of an AI-powered smart solar grid system for a renewable energy provider operating multiple solar farms in the US. The client required a custom solution to forecast energy market prices and manage battery storage effectively. The Apriorit team developed a comprehensive system consisting of two AI-powered forecasting modules and an energy dispatch agent. The forecasting modules provide insights into solar production and market demand, while the dispatch agent automates energy trading operations. The project was executed in three phases: requirements elicitation, development and testing, and integration with the client’s existing infrastructure.
