Developing and Enhancing a Custom SaaS Platform for HR Management

This case study outlines the collaboration between Apriorit and PDR Group, a US-based company specializing in HR administrative services, to develop and enhance a Microsoft Azure-based SaaS human resource management platform. Initially, PDR Group sought to replace a third-party payroll management service with a custom solution to save costs and improve platform flexibility. Apriorit established a dedicated development team to implement the requested features, including a new payroll management component, custom reporting functionality, and support for various subscription types. The project was divided into five steps, starting with business analysis to clarify requirements, followed by custom component development, product enhancements, and ensuring data migration from the old system. The outcome was a fully integrated payroll management system that improved operational efficiency, allowing PDR Group to discontinue reliance on third-party services.
