This case study details INAIL's digital transformation journey through the application of process mining technology in collaboration with Apromore and HSPI. INAIL, Italy's National Institute for Insurance against Accidents at Work, faced significant operational challenges due to outdated processes and a lack of visibility into workflows. The document outlines the comprehensive process analysis conducted using Apromore's capabilities, which initially focused on IT operations and later expanded to various business processes. Key improvements included the establishment of a Process Control Room for real-time monitoring, which enhanced governance and transparency.
