This report presents the findings from the Annual Alum Survey conducted by Arcadia University’s Graduate Program in Counseling for the 2024-25 academic year. The survey aims to evaluate the program's effectiveness in fulfilling its mission and preparing graduates for careers in counseling. A total of 24 alumni participated, contributing to a cumulative total of 139 alumni responses. The results indicate that 78% of recent graduates have obtained licensure, primarily in Pennsylvania, while many unlicensed graduates are preparing to seek licensure within the next three years. Alumni reported strong training in various areas, including evidence-based practice and multicultural practice, although some expressed a need for improvement in career development support. The report also outlines plans for curriculum modifications based on feedback, including enhancing career development resources and continuing licensure workshops. Overall, alumni feedback highlights strengths in training and program culture, while also identifying areas for growth and adjustment.
