This report presents the findings from the community engagement conducted by the Community Planning Partnership (CPP) in Argyll and Bute using the Place Standard tool between May and October 2019. The engagement aimed to gather residents' perceptions about their living and working environments. The results indicate that the thematic areas of Natural Space, Feeling Safe, Identity and Sense of Belonging, and Social Contact received the highest scores, suggesting these areas require less improvement. The document outlines the average scores for various thematic areas, including Public Transport, Traffic and Parking, and Housing and Community, which were identified as needing significant improvement. The report emphasizes that the feedback will inform future service planning and community-led action plans. It also discusses the next steps for analyzing the data to identify priority themes for improvement across the four administrative areas, with actions to be integrated into the Area Community Planning Action Plans set for refresh in 2021.
