kubus IT Digitalization and Cloud Migration Case Study

This case study details the digital transformation journey of kubus IT, the IT services provider for several regional AOK statutory health insurers in Germany. Faced with the challenges of aging infrastructure, a scarcity of IT talent, and stringent regulatory requirements, kubus IT partnered with Arvato Systems to implement a comprehensive migration to a VMware Cloud Foundation-based hybrid cloud environment. Over a 15-month period, the migration involved transitioning more than 7,000 virtual servers and 15,000 TB of data without service disruption for approximately 24,000 users.
