This document is a case study detailing the branding and wayfinding signage project at The Hayden, a luxury residential facility. The objective was to create signage that combined luxury aesthetics with functional navigation for residents, staff, security personnel, and guests. The design process focused on ensuring that the signage was intuitive for first-time visitors while maintaining the elegant ambiance familiar to existing residents. The exterior signage was strategically placed on the North and West sides of the parking lot walls and building entrances, designed to be non-illuminated but well-lit by external sources. The interior signage followed a consistent theme with fonts and colors that reflected the facility's luxury and simplicity. A wayfinding audit was conducted to ensure effective placement of identification signage, particularly for evacuation plans. The signage program not only enhanced The Hayden's identity but also contributed to the overall well-being of its inhabitants through meticulous design and planning.
