This case study details the audio system installation at Church – Temple of Fun, a vegan bar and entertainment venue located in Sheffield. Opened in 2018, the venue features a diverse range of activities requiring high-quality audio control. The installation was carried out by Audio Engineering Services (AES), which replaced the original failing control system with the AtlasIED Atmosphere platform. The Atmosphere AZM8, an eight-zone digital signal processor, was selected for its capabilities, including built-in message playback and ambient noise sensing. The system allows staff to easily manage audio levels across various zones, enhancing the venue's flexibility and user experience. The installation also included an Atmosphere C-ZSV wall controller for intuitive audio control. Staff members expressed satisfaction with the new system, appreciating its ease of use and the ability to adjust audio levels via mobile devices. This upgrade aims to improve the overall ambiance and operational efficiency of the venue.
