Accounts Payable System Modernisation for Hive + Wellness Australia

This case study outlines the implementation of an Accounts Payable (AP) automation solution for Hive + Wellness Australia (HWA) by Atturra. HWA, a company dedicated to supporting Australian beekeeping families, faced challenges with manual processing of approximately 11,000 invoices annually, which resulted in inefficiencies and a lack of visibility in their operations. To address these issues, HWA sought an AP automation solution that would integrate seamlessly with their existing QAD ERP system. Atturra, having been HWA's technology partner since 2005, implemented the Esker AP Automation software. The project was completed within five months, achieving the target go-live date of August 2024. The integration has provided HWA with enhanced visibility and control over invoices, improved analytics, and reduced manual processing burdens on employees. The tailored solution has led to increased operational efficiency and allowed staff to focus on more strategic tasks during peak periods.
