Tea Tree Gully Council Property and Rating System Transformation

This case study outlines the transformation of the property and rating operations at the City of Tea Tree Gully Council (TTGC) through the deployment of the TechnologyOne Property & Rating platform by Atturra. The Council, which serves over 100,000 residents, sought to modernize its legacy Authority rating system that contained 30 years of essential data. After a thorough tender evaluation, Atturra was selected due to its expertise in TechnologyOne software and understanding of local government complexities. The project commenced in August 2023, focusing on aligning the new platform with TTGC's operational needs through design workshops. A significant challenge was migrating legacy data while maintaining integrity. The go-live strategy aimed for synchronization with the new financial year, requiring precise execution over a weekend.
