This case study details how a U.S. mental health provider has integrated AI technology to enhance its proposal writing process. Faced with the challenge of limited internal resources and increasing demand for proposals, the organization adopted AutogenAI in July 2024. The primary objective was to streamline content creation and improve the efficiency of the proposal development process without expanding the team. Key challenges included manual and slow proposal development, difficulty in locating valuable examples and case studies, and a disconnected workflow. The implementation of AutogenAI has led to significant improvements, such as faster access to content, integration into daily workflows, and support for scaling operations with the addition of a new proposal writer. Early results indicate a reduction in time spent on drafting and an increase in user engagement, demonstrating the potential for a more efficient and scalable proposal process that ultimately aims to enhance mental health service delivery.
