This case study details the automation initiatives undertaken by a Texas-based bank to improve efficiency and accuracy while managing a surge in customer demand and regulatory requirements. The bank, recognized as one of the largest in the U.S., faced challenges in three critical processes: transaction disputes, PPP loan processing, and due diligence for new customers.
