AV Solutions Design and Build for Office Space

This document is a case study detailing the implementation of AV solutions for Clarivate Analytics' new office space in Chandler, AZ. The project involved creating room standards through 'Design/Build' services, leveraging a long-term relationship between AVI-SPL and JLL to enhance client experience. Early engagement in the design phase facilitated the timely and cost-effective delivery of the AV technology solution. The case study outlines key service level measures, including a savings of $59,000 achieved through the design of room standards and a competitive cost of $9.40 per square foot for a 30,000 square foot facility. The project included various real estate spaces such as breakrooms, collaboration areas, conference rooms, and executive offices. The successful collaboration between the project team and AVI-SPL ensured that Clarivate's standards were met, contributing to the overall success of the project.
