This document is a case study detailing the implementation of intelligent automation within the recruitment and onboarding processes of a company. The objective of the case study is to illustrate how automation can enhance efficiency and streamline operations in human resources. Initially, the HR department faced challenges due to manual handling of job postings, background checks, and document processing, which led to delays and errors. The solution involved utilizing tools such as Make and Zapier to automate various tasks, including job postings and candidate tracking, which reduced manual input and ensured timely updates. The integration of background check services into the applicant tracking system (ATS) facilitated swift verification. The results demonstrated an 86% reduction in sourcing-to-offer time, increased efficiency in handling candidate pipelines, and a faster overall recruitment cycle.
