Sustainable HPC Strategies for Resource-Limited Settings

This document is a presentation outlining ten actionable rules for establishing sustainable high-performance computing (HPC) systems in resource-limited settings, specifically drawing from the experiences of the African Center of Excellence in Bioinformatics and Data-Intensive Sciences at Makerere University, Uganda.
