This case study outlines how Beamex supports HIF Global in Chile with calibration solutions for their eFuels production. HIF Chile operates the Haru Oni plant, the first operational eFuels facility globally, utilizing renewable energy to produce sustainable fuels. The facility employs Beamex MC6 Advanced Field Calibrator and CMX Calibration Management Software to ensure high standards of calibration, which is essential for process efficiency and safety. The MC6 calibrator provides capabilities for pressure, temperature, and electrical signals, documenting all calibrations automatically. Beamex's software aids in managing instrumentation assets and planning calibrations efficiently. The collaboration includes expert analysis of HIF's processes to recommend appropriate calibration technology and training sessions for staff. The successful implementation of these solutions has resulted in properly calibrated instruments, facilitating the production of carbon-neutral fuels. HIF Global is also planning to expand its operations with a new plant to further enhance eFuels production and contribute to decarbonization efforts.
