Collaborative Workflows and Timekeeping Simplified with Power Apps

This case study details the implementation of a digital system by MORE, a company specializing in metallurgical technologies, to streamline timekeeping and activity management through Microsoft Power Apps. The primary objective was to enable employees to efficiently track hours worked on various activities using a user-friendly tool accessible from any networked device. The solution involved the development of two applications: the 'Activity Management' app, which serves as a back-end dashboard for management to monitor project progress, and the 'Hourly Accounting' app, which allows users to track hours for specific job orders. The case study outlines the features of these applications, including task assignment, production cycle configuration, and data synchronization with management systems. Additionally, it highlights the advantages of centralized management, remote access, and the elimination of paperwork, ultimately optimizing the process and reducing information loss.
