This case study details WSP Australia's implementation of digital twin technology and ProjectWise for enhancing enterprise engineering processes. The organization aimed to address challenges in project delivery by fostering a culture of innovation and utilizing integrated digital solutions. Initially, WSP faced difficulties with disparate information management, which led to delays and increased costs. To overcome these challenges, they adopted ProjectWise, allowing for centralized data management and improved collaboration among project teams. The integration of iTwin further enhanced their capabilities, enabling real-time data sharing and visualization. As a result, WSP achieved significant time savings, including a reduction of 12 days on the Port Rail Transformation Project. The case study emphasizes the importance of change management in building trust in new digital workflows and highlights the successful outcomes of their digital transformation efforts across multiple projects. WSP's approach serves as a benchmark for leveraging technology in enterprise engineering to meet evolving industry demands.
