This technical report outlines the collaborative efforts between BETA CAE Systems China and Airbus (Beijing) Engineering Centre aimed at enhancing efficiency in aerospace engineering through automation. The focus is on three critical processes: grid ID renumbering based on coordinates, GFEM to DFEM mapping, and post-processing of result files. Each process presented unique challenges, including varying extraction precision and complexities in boundary mesh affiliation, which could affect computational accuracy. To address these challenges, three scripts were developed utilizing ANSA and META APIs. The first script automates grid ID renumbering, significantly accelerating model-building iterations. The second script enhances efficiency in mapping results between GFEM and DFEM models. The third script simplifies the post-processing of results, reducing manual errors and streamlining workflows. The outcomes of this collaboration demonstrate improved computational accuracy and substantial time savings in modeling tasks, showcasing the effectiveness of automation in aerospace engineering.
