This document is a technical report detailing the development of a custom tool aimed at enhancing the post-processing capabilities of Ncode results within the META environment, specifically for NIO's automotive research and development workflow. The report outlines the challenges faced due to the absence of a standardized data-reading interface, which led to inefficiencies and increased operational overhead for engineers. A thorough analysis of the Ncode file structure was conducted, resulting in the establishment of standardized formatting and parsing rules implemented in a Python-based tool. The tool automates the interpretation of fatigue result data, incorporates advanced interpolation algorithms, and supports cross-solver compatibility. The results indicate significant improvements in fatigue damage evaluation efficiency, allowing engineers to selectively read specific damage results and enhancing overall flexibility in analysis. The deployment of this tool resolves a long-standing technical bottleneck and contributes to accelerated vehicle model iterations.
