This document is a case study detailing the development and deployment of the NVH Console within Ford Motor Company for full vehicle NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) assessments. The objective was to replace an existing in-house tool and streamline the NVH CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) assessment process. The NVH Console, embedded in ANSA, features a simplified diagram view that synchronizes with a 3D display, a Loadcase Manager for efficient handling of components, and options for customization. The performance of the META FRF Assembly was optimized to enhance capabilities. The results indicate that full vehicle models or sub-assemblies can be built quickly and robustly without reliance on IDs, minimizing errors. Additionally, the use of modular XML files for assembly storage facilitates collaboration and template usage. The NVH assessments are conducted rapidly and accurately on local workstations, allowing for multiple root-cause analyses from a single run, thus improving the overall efficiency of the assessment process.
