The objective was to deliver a high-quality, architecturally sensitive background music (BGM) system that enhances the ambience, masks unwanted noise, and is easy for concierges to operate. The system utilizes Biamp solutions, including Voltera D-series amplifiers, Tesira DSP, and Desono loudspeakers, to provide crystal-clear, zoned audio across multiple areas of the building. The design addresses challenging acoustics in the atrium and provides discreet sound coverage in noisier areas such as the bike storage. The system is largely automated through Biamp Workplace, allowing for simple control with preset volume sliders. The outcome is a reliable music system that enhances the building's premium feel while being scalable for future requirements.
