This case study details the technology infrastructure upgrade at Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University. The objective of the upgrade was to enhance instructional and learning experiences for faculty, staff, students, and community leaders by enabling the use of personal devices in classroom settings. The implementation involved Biamp solutions, including Modena, Tesira, Parlé, and Desono products, to facilitate a flexible and effective learning environment. The Modena system allows instructors to connect their devices easily, while Parlé Beamtracking microphones ensure clear audio capture of voices during discussions. The case study also highlights the collaboration with HT Consultants and Tech Providers, Inc., which contributed to the successful deployment of the technology. The results exceeded expectations, creating optimal teaching and learning environments for all participants, whether in-person, remote, or hybrid. The upgrade reflects a commitment to innovative education in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
