This case study details how Cambia Health Solutions implemented BigPanda Incident Intelligence and Automation to address challenges in their IT operations. The legacy event management system was inadequate, leading to high alert noise and an inability to automate incident triage workflows, resulting in a mean time to resolve (MTTR) of 30 minutes, which exceeded their service level agreement (SLA) of 15 minutes. By integrating AIOps, Cambia was able to automate 83% of alerts, significantly reducing the workload on their Network Operations Center (NOC). The automation process involved normalizing, deduplicating, and filtering alerts, which improved incident correlation and prioritization. The NOC achieved a 95% overall SLA compliance and a 91% compliance for critical alerts. Enhanced alert enrichment provided better context for incidents, allowing for quicker resolutions and minimizing the need for manual intervention. This transformation has improved operational efficiency and service delivery for Cambia's healthcare services.
