This technical report evaluates the accuracy of ASCVD Risk calculations using Binah's SDK 5.11 for both iOS and Android platforms. The objective is to compare the ASCVD Risk measurements obtained from the SDK against reference devices in a diverse population across Italy and India. The study involved 1,631 measurements from 1,109 unique subjects, assessing various demographics including age, sex, and skin tone. Results indicate that the ASCVD Risk calculated by the SDK was within the accuracy target of absolute error (AE ≤ 8%) in 85.3% of cases. The report details the methodology, including the use of photoplethysmography (PPG) technology and specific algorithms for risk calculation. Statistical analysis demonstrated a strong correlation (r=0.925) between the SDK's calculations and those from reference devices. The findings suggest that the SDK provides reliable ASCVD Risk estimations across different operating systems and demographic groups.
